FREMONT, CA~ October 18, 2002 – The Fremont Hub invites the children and families of Fremont and surrounding neighborhoods to a Halloween trick-or-treat event. Merchants will hand out candy and goodies to children in costume. The event is in its fourth year.

When: Thursday, October 31, 2002 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Where: The Fremont Hub is located at Mowry Avenue and Fremont Boulevard in Fremont, California.
